Michael Guccione, founder, president, and chief executive officer of Mike Guccione and Associates, has been in the furniture industry most of his life, starting as a delivery boy at age 15. A Southern California native, he graduated from Woodbury University in 1973 with a degree in interior design. He then worked in furniture sales for several years before stepping out on his own. 

Mike Guccione and Associates was started in 1979 in a spare bedroom of Mike Guccione's home. His only coworker was a minority partner who handled sales. In 1986 the company, which by then had been incorporated, moved to its present headquarters at 3732 Senasac Ave. Long Beach 90808.

The firm has evolved to source and sell cutting edge furniture components to the furniture manufacturing industry. We specialize in design and keeping abreast with the latest industry trends in order provide effective solutions for our valued customers. In its method of operation, Mike Guccione and Associates is similar to a contract sales force , not fabricating any products but representing the component manufacturers and selling to manufacturers of finished goods. 

Mike Guccione has a come a long way since beginning he career as a delivery boy. In many ways his story a textbook case of the successful entrepreneur-risk taker, hard worker, and visionary who launches a tiny business in a spare room at home and builds it into a multilevel organization.

Max Laroche is a 33 year old serial serial entrepreneur with an educational background in business management and 10 years of client relations, management, and sales in the OEM paint manufacturing and insurance industry. He fluently speaks French, English, and Spanish. Wanting more in life, he officially joined the team July 1st in order to bring his extensive problem solving skills to an ever evolving industry. Primed and eager to absorb the the fulfillment brought on by providing viable solutions for our clients, Max will surely be an asset to everyone involved with Mike Guccione and Associates.
